  • No claims have been made under the policy during that time.

Certain fees and charges, such as administrative or processing fees, may not be refundable. Refunds will not be issued for policies that have already expired or where a claim has been made.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and verified, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.
